Emma has over 20 years' experience in the media and advertising industry, working on some of the UK's best loved brands including John Lewis, O2, Specsavers and British Airways, and across multiple sectors including FMCG, Financial Services, Automotive, Retail and Telecoms. She spent the majority of her career at MG OMD, where she led the agency's Planning and Effectiveness output as well as creating specialist capabilities in Sustainability and Diverse media. Moving to Havas Media Network in January 2025, she is now responsible for Strategy, Planning, Effectiveness, Insight and Creative Solutions. As the agency’s first Chief Planning and Strategy Officer, her remit is to connect the capabilities across the network, developing outcome led solutions across the paid, owned and earned ecosystem. Emma has been recognised by her peers, awarded Campaign's UK Planner of the Year 2024 and Campaign's Global Media Planning Leader of the Year 2021 & 2022.
