She specialises in helping brands unlock growth through retail media, shopper marketing and commerce-led investment strategies, delivering measurable business outcomes across key retail partners. With experience spanning both agency and client-side roles, including at PepsiCo, Emily brings a commercially focused and strategic perspective across European markets. She has worked with global and FTSE 100 businesses, and completed Harvard Business School’s Sustainable Business Strategy programme, further strengthening her expertise in building resilient, growth-focused strategies.
